Sehr nette Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter vorher. Ruhige Lage und doch gleich ums Eck Mc'Donalds und den Ostseepark (Einkaufscenter). Zum Iga Park ca 10 min mit dem Auto, kein Problem mit dem Uber. Die Wohnung ist super gemütlich, schön geschnitten, alles was man braucht. Wirklich sehr sehr schön 😊
In der Dusche, an der Stange die Halterung kaputt. Im Bad einige Stellen an der Wand. Es müsste hier und da etwas aufgefrischt werden.

An 2 Tagen hatten wir in Warnemünde zu tun, es war von der FeWo gut mt dem PKW zu erreichen. Bei herrlicher Ruhe haben wir gut geschlafen.

Verkehrstechnisch sehr günstige Lage um in und um Rostock/Warnemünde ein Wochenende oder Kurzurlaub zu verbringen. Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber perfekt!

A lovely place to stay with everything you need, a great location, and a friendly host. They also have an incredibly sweet and friendly cat named Simba, who loves to come over and say hello!
We have absolutely nothing negative to say about our stay and would happily recommend this accommodation to others.
