Our family uses booking services quite often when traveling, so we have a lot to compare it with. I'll start with the apartment. It is exceptionally clean, modernly equipped, with a full range of household appliances (the only thing I didn't find was an iron, but we didn't really need it, and if we did, I'm sure the host would have provided it in an instant). This might not sound exclusive, but it's very nice. ​What is the real highlight of this place? The host. His name is Fabio. He is an exceptionally attentive, polite, and kind person. It all started when we arrived after a long road trip from Riga a bit earlier than the official check-in time. Fabio was very kind and accommodated us immediately. In the house, a fridge full of various drinks (including alcoholic ones) and a large box of delicious pastries were waiting for us. Even capsule coffee was offered without limits, and like everything mentioned above, it was absolutely free. There are also 4 bicycles available to explore the area, and two sun loungers with an umbrella were waiting for us at the beach. All of this combined gives a feeling of exceptional service. ​Furthermore, Fabio gave us a lot of valuable advice: the best places to visit, the most convenient and budget-friendly ways to get around, where to shop, and where to enjoy a delicious lunch. You also have at your disposal a quiet courtyard with a terrace. The courtyard is perhaps the most well-kept of all in the neighborhood, and that's entirely thanks to Fabio. On the day of check-out, Fabio arrived at the pre-arranged time and presented us with wonderful souvenirs. It was very pleasant and unexpected. ​The only thing I regretted was that I had nothing to thank the host with in return. I was not prepared for such incredible service, so my advice to future guests is: do not be lazy and grab some souvenirs from your city/country. I am sure he will be very pleased, and you will be happy to share something with Fabio.

Wij hebben 3 heerlijke nachten in Fabio’s fris en nieuw ingerichte appartement gelogeerd. Fabio is een super attente gastheer, heel behulpzaam en betrokken. Wij werden goed verwend door zijn vrijgevigheid en hij heeft ons zelfs nog uitgezwaaid bij vertrek.

Der Vermieter Fabio ist ein Engel auf Erden! Noch nie haben wir einen so freundlichen, großzügigen und aufmerksamen Vermieter erlebt. Er pflegt die Anlage rund ums Haus mit Hingabe, ist immer bereit zu helfen und Tipps zu geben. Bei unserer Ankunft waren bereits Getränke im Kühlschrank (gratis). Fabio, vielen Dank für alles!!!!!!!! Preis/Leistung unschlagbar! Campen kostet mehr. Die Wohnung ist eigentlich eine Doppelhaushälfte mit großer, schöner Terrasse. Alles ist sehr sauber und super ausgestattet. Wohnraum mit Küchenzeile, Esstisch und Ausziehcouch. Kleines Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten, Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, Badezimmer. Ausstattung: Sat-Fernseher, Gratis Internet, Kapselkaffeemaschine mit gratis Kaffee, Filterkaffeemaschine mit Filter, Espressokocher, Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle, Eiskasten/Gefrierkombination, Induktionsherd, alles was man zum Kochen braucht, Geschirrtuch, Schwammtuch, Geschirrspülmittel, Badeartikel, Klopapier, Safe, pro Wohnung 5 Fahrräder zur gratis Miete, Fahrradgarage, abgesperrter großer Parkplatz (in Italien ungewöhnlich), ein Schirm beim Meer mit zwei Liegen (2. Reihe) im Preis dabei! Bettwäsche und Handtücher gegen Aufpreis (vorher bestellen). Bis zum Meer sind es fünf Minuten Gehweg. Restaurants fußläufig zu erreichen. Direkt gegenüber Pizzeria. Radweg geht vor dem Haus weg. Herrliche Radwege in der gesamten Umgebung. Sehr ruhige Lage und trotzdem überall in Kürze. Schlüssel muss in Jesolo abgeholt und zurückgegeben werden. Ist mit dem Auto kein Problem. Für uns die beste Unterkunft in Cavallino!!

Hier passt einfach alles, Lage, Sauberkeit,Ausstattung und vor allem Fabio, der wunderbare Gastgeber. So einen hervorragenden Kontakt zu einem Gastgeber hatten wir noch nie. Und zum Abschied gab es noch ein Paket mit Überraschungen, danke Fabio. Diese Unterkunft ist vorbehaltlos zu empfehlen.
