There will be equipment and contractors visible around the property throughout the summer. We anticipate intermittent construction noise. Please note Town of Telluride municipal code requires construction noise is limited to the hours of 8am-6pm M-F & 9am-6pm on Saturday. Due to this construction, parking is limited. Please text us your license plate number, state and driver's name if you need a street parking permit.

**May 2025, the HOA voted to approve a pool/hot tub improvement project to commence work on June 23. The pool and hot tub will not be available during this time.**

This 1 bedroom Viking Lodge condo is located on the San Miguel river in beautiful Telluride, Colorado. Viking Lodge 119 has a queen bed in the main bedroom, bunk beds (only for kids or small adults - too small for adults) in the hallway & a sleeper sofa in the living room. Sleeping up to 5 guests this condo is ideal for 2 adults and 2 or 3 kids. With a host of amenities including a washer/dryer in the condo, in floor heat, hot tub, on site parking & free wifi. Also has sunny patio for summer months!

This ground-floor condo boasts a sunny patio with mountain views and a well-maintained, clean interior with all the comforts you could possibly need or want. The kitchen creates an inviting space where you'll have room to dine and cook, plus all the necessary equipment a kitchen should have to comfortably cook and clean up. You enter though the dining/living area where you have a sleeper sofa option, then pass by the hall bunk beds (best suited to children) and into the comfortable queen bedroom. An in-unit washer/dryer add extra convenience! The bedroom's doors let in natural light and open to the patio which is just steps away from The River Trail and San Miguel River. The complex's salt water heated pool (summer) and hot tub are an opportunity to relax and unwind after a day filled with adventure! (Property Manager does not manage pool/hot tub closures, cleanings or maintenance. We cannot be held responsible for refunds for closures during your stay).
