This Graysill condo is a welcoming three-bedroom, two-bath retreat designed with families and groups in mind. The open living area offers a cozy sectional, gas fireplace, dining space, and a fully equipped kitchen—perfect for gathering after a day of skiing, hiking, or exploring downtown Telluride. Large windows and private decks flood the space with natural light and frame sweeping views of the box canyon and ski hill.
The primary suite features a king bed, an additional double bed(futon), and its own fireplace for extra comfort. The second bedroom includes a queen bed, while the third has two twins, offering flexible sleeping arrangements. Thoughtful mountain décor and a relaxed, comfortable layout make this condo feel like home.
Guests also enjoy access to shared amenities including a year-round hot tub, on-site laundry, and free parking for one vehicle. You will also have access to a washer and dryer that is included inside the home for added convenience. You will have ski locker access that is available exclusively to this unit and is located in the parking garage. With its blend of convenience, comfort, and mountain charm, this home provides an authentic Telluride experience.

Early check-in (between 1:00–3:00 PM), if available, is $100. Late check-out (up to 12:00 PM, depending on availability) is also $100. We will send a request for payment through the online travel agency.

Weather/ski resort: While we want you to have the best experience possible, please understand that weather conditions and resort availability are outside our control. Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer refunds for weather-related issues or ski resort closures.
Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend that guests purchase travel insurance to protect their trip. Our cancellation and refund policies apply in all circumstances, and we are unable to offer refunds for events outside of our control, including but not limited to weather events, natural disasters, illness, flight delays or cancellations, road closures, or personal emergencies. Travel insurance can help cover these unforeseen situations and provide peace of mind.
Parking: Free parking for one vehicle (covered); additional parking is very limited nearby.
Shared Amenities: The hot tub and laundry facilities are shared with other building residents.
Unique Layout: The primary suite includes both a king and a double bed—an uncommon but convenient setup for families with children.
Access: Located on the west end of town, just a short walk to lifts, gondola, shops, and dining.

Terrific property! Every bit as described. Great location, layout of the unit and facilities.Nice bathrooms and finishes. Cozy with the two fireplaces! Host was great although all needs were met already. Great to have the covered parking because we got about a foot or more of snow during our stay! Would definitely come back to this sweet and comfy place.

This was such a great condo in an amazing location!! The host was amazing and reached out to make sure everything was good for our stay. We will definitely stay here again.
