Viking Lodge 105
***Viking Lodge HOA has a planned roof replacement for this building (A). Work will start April 15th 2025 - completion date November 14th 2025. There will be equipment and contractors visible around the property throughout the summer. We anticipate intermittent construction noise. Please note Town of Telluride municipal code requires construction noise is limited to the hours of 8am-6pm M-F & 9am-6pm on Saturday. Due to this construction, parking is limited. Please text us your license plate number, state and driver's name if you need a street parking permit.
**May 2025, the HOA voted to approve a pool/hot tub improvement project to commence work on June 23. The pool and hot tub will not be available during this time.**

This lovely condo sleeps 4 with a maximum of 2 adults.
Enter into the living area finished with contemporary furnishings and vibrant splashes of color. Relax here after a long day of adventure and watch your favorite show on the flat screen TV. Continue on to the condo's expanded, modern kitchen featuring full-size appliances including a dishwasher, then relax and rejuvenate in the bright and sleek bedroom and bathroom in either direction from the kitchen. The design of this condo offers a spacious feeling and a refreshing place to retreat between excursions. Pool access at the Viking Lodge is a popular reason many visitors choose the Viking Lodge when visiting Telluride.
The heated pool in summer, communal salt water hot tub, and the River Trail are just steps from your front door in this unit. Snag a special bottle of wine from the Wine Mine or grab a drink and bite at There Bar or Siam, just across the street. Both the gondola and lift 7 along with their lift ticket windows are a short walk in either direction as well. Ditch your car once you arrive -- you can get everywhere you need to go from here on foot. (Property Manager does not manage pool/hot tub closures, cleanings or maintenance. We cannot be held responsible for refunds for closures during your stay).
