175 LEX - Walkable Downtown Lexington & Rupp Arena - Full Condos

I liked the view from the 6th floor where I was stating, the condo was very spacious and comfortable.

My stay was very frustrating due to several issues. My elevator code didnt work at first, so I had to walk up six flights of stairs multiple times. The host was also extremely slow to respond to messages and calls. After I extended my stay by one night, I was locked out of my room for over an hour on what was originally my checkout day. Despite calling and messaging the host multiple times, I received no response, which caused me to be late for work. When they finally responded, they seemed careless about the situation. I was also promised a refund of the cleaning fee for booking an extra night, but I never received it. It’s now been five days since I checked out, and I still haven’t received the refund or any follow-up from the host.

Location was great. Near Uk and dining options downtown.

Kitchen didn’t have much in terms of pans/pots.

It looked nice, it was nice having a subway underneath lol

The slats in the bed were not fastened to the frame and popped out during my stay, causing me to spend time reconstructing the bed in the Airbnb. Very uncomfortable. Also, the coffee machine didn’t work, which is somewhat less important.
