A szakács akkor süt, főz, amikor az ember megéhezik. A vendéglátás felfogása a 30 évvel ezelőtti minőségi és házias ételkészítés, maximális tudással és kedves, vendégszerető hozzállással. A retro képes definiciója, csak ajánlani tudom annak, aki nem mű dolgokra kíváncsi :)
Minden tetszett. A szállás nagyon tiszta volt, a személyzet kedves és rugalmas. Az étel pedig, ha egyszerű is, de nagyon finom. (reggeli ham$eggs ahogyan kell, a frissensült mellé pedig a hamisítatlan paradicsom saláta
