It was very quiet and very clean. The kitchen was fully stocked, nothing broken or missing. There was a full fridge and freezer. The neighborhood was quiet and nice as well.
Coffee shop in walking distance up the street. Beach was in walking distance, 15 mins on a sidewalk, straight from the house. Beach access was simple and not out of the way.
The rental agency was very easy to communicate with about questions and early check in. The code access provided was prompt and without issue. They were also very quick in getting back to me.
Lots of jets overhead. It was very cool to watch. Not too loud inside. Many grocery stores nearby.
The house next door might have been vacant? It was a little off putting. But no one in or out of it, so no issues.
