The property is extremely secure and in a quite and exclusive area, the lift works and has long spacious corridors. Very clean, modern and amazing air conditioning throughout the apartment. Lovely balcony too. The host waited for us until we arrived and gave us a lovely warm welcome.

The host was an extremely nice person who helped us check in late at night. The room facilities were excellent, the location was extremely convenient, and the parking facilities were very easy to use. They even mailed back the clothes we forgot to take with us free of charge, making it a perfect stay.

This property is very well situated on a very nice avenue in Cannes. Great for restaurants and shopping. From Cannes you can take a train to Monaco and Nice . The promenade on the Croisette is close by as well as old city of Cannes. The place is super clean and modern. There is a lift for higher floors of the building. Very sunny living room. It is quiet at night. The owner greets you upon arrival and will stop by before you leave. He is very helpful. Thank you Christophe.
