The location is nice. It is convenient to access beach, center street.
There was a problem with dishwasher. The room isn’t well soundproofed. And the entrance door bell rang many times during the night.

The flat is very conveniently located for the Miramar beach which is only 5 minutes walk away but the general area is residential and not noisy at night time. The Cannes shuttle bus stops outside the flat and it makes it easy to travel to the old harbour area during the day time.
The cleaner was late on the day we arrived and we had to wait for them to arrive and clean up from the previous occupants but we sat on the balcony while that happened so it was fine.
