Áreas muito grandes. Pequeno terraço
Tem 2 quartos. Apesar dos problemas que apareceram, o staff foi impecável e prestável.
Os quartos e casa de banho serem no andar de cima.
Cozinha não tem forno. Colchões não tem grande qualidade. Algumas divisões precisam de update na decoração e verificou-se que a nível de janelas e puxadores alguns precisam de arranjo. Pena o terraço ter acesso através dos quartos

Super spacious, two-level apartment. Large living room with a well-equipped kitchen. A place worth recommending. A large balcony with a grill from which you can even see a piece of the ocean :) Very good area, close to the market and the very center of Santa Cruz. Even a nice swimming pool to use.
Opening doors from the street with keys may be difficult at first, you need to find a sweet spot.

Great location.
The apartment is spacious and comfortable.
The pool gets plenty of sun throughout the day.
It's a quiet / calm place, great to disconnect from regular life.
Scrambled a bit to collect the keys on a specific time frame. A lock box would've been ideal.
A simple fan would've made the hot nights easier.
The parasol / exterior umbrella needs to be changed.
The BBQ grills could use some tune up.
Lighter bed sheets to cover oneself at night should be provided instead of the default duvets.
