Paolo's place is set one road back from the beach road. You can see and hear the ocean from the apartment. The apartment is well equipped, including bicycles, surf boards and wet suits. I was there during low season, so the town was very quiet. If you don't have your own vehicle, transport to and from Santa Cruz during low season is not easy. Paolo was a very responsive, caring and helpful host.

The studio was clean and has everything you need. It was very cool to stay there. And the check in worked perfect.
