Water wasn't hot

A spacious villa in an excellent location close to all the attractions. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return to this property. We had a couple of issues however, It was extremely easy to report these and the response times were impressive, and everything was sorted out quickly and professionally. The home has an amazing lake outlook and large outside patio area - a great place to watch the wildlife including otters swim past. All interior rooms are spacious and well presented and we felt really comfortable during our 2 week holiday. All instructions provided were easy to follow and check in was seamless.

Some of the furnishings could do with being changed as a little worn, however you should expect this when a property is rented out, and the cleaning could have been a little more thorough such as hair blocking a shower drain. The outdoor plastic sun loungers are really uncomfortable (and not the ones shown in the pictures) and could benefit from either cushions or replacing. This did not detract from the overall enjoyment of the property.

This property was very spacious and it fit all of our needs. Would 100% recommend if you have a big party like ours.

The hot tub was not hot, it had an extra fee , I think it should be hot since it is a "hot tub"
