The location
The garage was a mess. Spend time cleaning it up

Close to beach and had a golf cart
Freezer in garage did not work. Toaster did not work. Vacuum cleaner did not work. The broom was ghetto and the room w queen beds was very uncomfortable

Pool/hot tub and location were great
Some things were damaged/needed attention upon arrival
Back door window cracked, handle was missing up stairs master bath, mold around hvac vent in up stairs master bath. Both trash cans were full and over flowing upon arrival. Stated that way until the morning we left

Communication with staff was great! Location was great. We really enjoyed the golf cart and the outside porch area along with the pool
It was smaller than the pictures showed. It needs some TLC in the cleaning.
