Balcony and courtyard area on 1st floor need to clearing up as there’s plenty of cigarettes 🚬 butts in view

Sometimes the Wifi, are lower signal connection sometimes during my business meetings on my laptop or mobile phone. But wifi is okay, just need improvement.
Breakfast is very nice, the filipino workers there are very helpyful and fast, only thing is when there are so many people booked, there is no more seat left.
