    I usually avoid writing negative reviews as I understand it can impact the hotel’s reputation, but this time the experience was so disappointing that I feel compelled to share. The property has an in-house restaurant, but it was completely empty during our visit — which in hindsight, should have been a red flag. The food was strictly average, and to our surprise, the khichdi we ordered was served without tadka. The waiter didn’t even bother to inform us or offer the option, and we naturally assumed it would come with it. We also ordered a Thums Up, which had absolutely no fizz. It tasted like sugary water, and when we complained, the staff casually responded that "it is like that" and suggested we stir it to find the fizz — which, of course, didn’t work. To make matters worse, the staff was rude throughout the experience, and they openly expected a tip despite the poor service. It felt extremely awkward and undeserved. At the price point they charge, the overall experience was far below expectations. I would not recommend this property.
