    WHEN WE ARRIVED EARLY DESPITE OF OUR REQUEST FOR AN EARLY CHECK IN WE RANG THE DOORBELL OF THE SAID HOTEL BECAUSE GATE WAS CLOSE. ONE OF THE STAFF TOLD HIM THAT WE BOOKED FOR A ROOM THRU AGODA INSTEAD OF LETTING US GO INSIDE AND WELCOME WE TOLD AS TO WAIT BECAUSE THEY WILL CALL SOMEONE TO ASK IF THEY WILL LET US IN. SO A FEW MIN. BECAUSE ITS EARLY AND THEY LET US NOT GRANT OUR REQUEST FOR EARLY CHECK IN WE REQUEST IF WE CAN LEAVE OUR LUGGAGES AND BAG SO THAT WE CAN EXPLORE THE CITY AND WE WILL COME BACK TO CHECK IN IN THIER GIVEN TIME. AT FIRST THEY SAID WE ARE NOT ALLOWED TO LEAVE OUR LUGGAGE AND BAG BUT WE INSIST HOW WE CAN EXPLORE IF OUR BAG AND LUGGAGES WITH US. AT THE END THEY CALLED SOMEONE AND WE LEAVE OUR LUGGAGES IN THE FLOOR OF THIER STORAGE. PLACE IS GOOD BUT INSIDE THE VILLAGE U NEED TO WALK OUTSIDE OR WAIT FOR LONG TIME IF U WANT TO RIDE GOING OUT. NICE PLACE WITH BIG ROOM AND BALCONY.

    Staff are great but- Door is a CR door with vent underneath. At a certain angle you can see a lot inside from outside the room so we had to move the couch to cover that vent for better privacy. Also 2nd floor rooms may have the same doors, the view inside the room from the ground floor is astonishing.
