We stayed in this place for the facilities (especially the observatory and billiards area). Upon checking in, front desk lady with glasses was already unfriendly. She was not very helpful in providing information needed even when asked. Observatory is also not usable. Our 2nd day stay, we ordered refreshments and asked for water from the front desk who said she'll relay it to the resto/bar. Hours passes and the refreshments never arrived. We have to follow it up on the resto area ourselves. This was when we learned that our order was never relayed to the restaurant area. Refreshments never arrived, nor the complimentary water, that day even when waiting for another hour and we needed to leave for the day. The next morning, our breakfast included in our stay never arrived. We needed to check with them again and they told us our choice of bfast was not sent to the restaurant area/not were they asked in the first place. Since it was almost past bfast time, the attending lady was friendly enough but explained we needed to pay for the bfast already. It was not our fault but we were the one left hungry and thirsty because of their lack of proper communication and service. They even served us the refreshments they made THE PREVIOUS DAY as is!! Lastly, upone check out we weren't even billed for our stay until we were the one who reminded them that we would like to pay. If we were bad people, given their service and our experience with them, we would have just not paid. The unprofessionality of the front desk lady from assisting customers, to making sure the business runs well, to beyond words.
