Excellent hotel, caring staff, good amenities, clean and comfortable accommodation with customer service.

1. Photos they kept are old, may be at the time of opening. Now this is worst.
2. Room is hectic. Ac is on but cooling is not coming. Remote not available,
3. Tv is not there.
4. Bed has worst mattress. Springs lost its tension of you sit on one side it's completely going down. Other side it's holding the weight.
The bed sheets and given are torn. At some places someone kept holes with cigarate.
Then bathroom, comode has no cap to close. Removed and Kept aside. Hand gun is leaking they tried to close it with plaster.. but still it's leaking a lot. Taps and walls are not cleaned.
Now the staff.
They are not attentive. They kept me waiting for 5 min to attend my checkin. I was calling them to checkin but everyone said someone else will come and finally that someone came after 5 min.
