    I had a comfortable stay at Artravel Myeongdong. Clean room & they have everything that I needed. It's also near the bus & subway stations which is a plus for me. The staff is also very attentive & accommodating.

    The location is great for shopping and site-seeing. The room was clean, bathroom & amenities were well-maintaines, & wifi was excellent. Staff was also attentive to my queries & concerns. Over-all a good experience.

    Right in the heart of Myeongdong. However, there is like 1 flight of stairs to reach the area so it was a hassle for those who have big luggages. Self check in and with basic breakfast.

    Very disappointing stay. The host did not send any check-in instructions in advance, which caused unnecessary confusion upon arrival. The room was extremely small, tight, and noisy, making it difficult to rest properly. A serious red flag was when our room was entered and cleaned without our knowledge or consent. We only realised because the bin had been emptied. This is highly inappropriate and concerning, especially in terms of guest privacy and safety. The most frightening incident happened in the middle of the night when someone repeatedly tried to enter our room by keying in the PIN code three times, triggering the alarm. This made us feel extremely unsafe. Overall, this stay did not meet basic safety, privacy, or comfort standards. I would not recommend this place.
