Ufo provided great customer service and assistance with aspects of my stay like transportation. I was able to do an early check in and laundry service was provided to me for no extra charge.

The room and bathroom were spacious. We were promised free parking and the actual parking was “find yourself parking anywhere on the street.” The A/C was not working. I had no problem sleeping with the window open, but to other travelers this may be an inconvenience.

Staying here is awesome. A very clean and nice hotel. Within our budget. Our expectations exceeded. Everyone was friendly from the owner to the staff. We will be back here 100%. We're loving it. ❤️
