Bir önceki yorumumda da belirttiğim gibi suit temizdi. Konak Alsancak civarı yürüyerek on dk. İsterseniz tramvayla metroyla da istediğiniz yerlere ulaşabilirsiniz. Muhit sessiz. Olabilecek aksiliklerde çalışanlar yardımcı oluyorlar ve samimiler. Biz dört gün konakladık. Memnun kaldık. Civardaki otellere göre burayı tercih edebilirsiniz. Konaklamamizda bizi misafir ettiğiniz için teşekkür ederiz.

The neighborhood doesn't feel touristy yet you are steps away from major attractions and the seaside. The management is very helpful, going above and beyond. I was a bit of a PITA but he was always there to help. There is no reception desk but the manager does make himself accessible.

negative sides are more
1) only one keycard, if one stays in, it is problematic or the other one to get in and out to building
2) bathroom is horrible (shower head is falling apart, micro sink where hands barely placed under faucet, cleanliness is another problem)
3) kettle was full of lime and dirt , with our complaint it was brought to a usable condition by the attendant
4) kitchen utensil are not in usable condition except glasses
5) there is no receptionist for 24 hours
6) very shaky Wi-Fi connection plus took 25 mins to get connected
