A short walking distance to the Riverfront Express Gondola (about 5 minutes; 700 yards) at Beaver Creek Resort, and a short driving distance to the Vail resort (about 15 minutes; 10 miles), Falcon Point is a great place for skiers and snowboarders.

Area restaurants and shops are easily accessible by foot or local transit. The condo we rented was spacious and worked well for our family of six. It was an easy walk to the bus stop that took us to the top of Beaver Creek mountain. A continental breakfast is served on Saturdays and our granddaughter loved swimming in the pool. Only one parking spot is allotted to each unit but the management was able to give us another parking spot at a nearby condo for an additional $10 per night.
