A short drive takes only minutes to downtown St Augustine. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath townhome is fully equipped with everything you need. The backyard is fully fenced and private with outdoor table and chairs. Peaceful neighborhood, walk or ride your cruiser bikes to the beach or Caps on the Water for dinner!

There was a mix up on dates but other than that things were good! My adult children stayed there and enjoyed being close to us and close to the beach!

Quiet and small neighborhood of if A1A. Quick drive to Old St Augustine and some really good local restaurants like Aunt Kate’s. House was clean, great A/C, free off-street parking and a couple minute walk to the beach just across A1A. Super affordable price!! I visit this area frequently, I’ll be staying again!!

Back yard was over grown, needs some work. House was ok, kitchen pots & pans need an upgrade. There was no paper towels, napkin, 1 roll of tp.
