About this house rental
Located on a quiet cul-de-sac, all the amenities for a great family vacation. Up the hill from Sunset Marina, 4.4 miles to the center of Byrdstown, TN. 5 bedrooms, 3 full baths, queen sleeper sofa located on the lower level. Enjoy a covered porch with a Blackstone and Webber gas grill and seating for all guest. While cooking on the deck you have the view to watch the other guest enjoying the firepit with plenty of seating as well or watch them as they enjoy playing basketball or cornhole. The downstairs patio also offers seating for 8. Plenty of space for guest to space out and enjoy making memories. Once inside for the night guest can enjoy watching tv or playing boards games located in the tv stands upstairs or downstairs. Each bedroom does have a ceiling fan, regular size night stand, alarm clock and a power surge on the night stand to make charging all your devices easy, Plenty of parking for boats and lake toys. Sleeps 12. This property does have outdoor surveillance.

Plenty of table space, extremely well stocked kitchen with plenty of plates, silverware, even spices, coffee etc. Our four granddaughters put on a dance recital in the basement even with costume changes. They also loved the space. Very close to Sunset Marina where we rented a nice Tritoon boat for two days. Will definitely return !

Very clean. Just was great and easy to reach if needed. Plenty of parking and easy access to Sunset marina.
