This home is tucked away in the gorgeous countryside of Pikeville, TN, only a 7 MINUTE DRIVE to the stunning Fall Creek Falls State Park. Enjoy gorgeous scenery and winding backroads on your way to the property. There are neighbors, but there is a wooded area and a fence to provide privacy.

• Open-concept kitchen, living, and dining area
• Bedroom 1: King Bed with ensuite master bath
• Bedroom 2: King Bed
• Bedroom 3: King Bed
• Bedroom 4: Queen Bed
• Bedroom 5: 3 sets of Twin over Twin bunk beds (6 Twins)
• Full bathroom located in level 1, shared by bedrooms 2 & 3
• Laundry Room with Washer and Dryer
• Bonus Room with lounge seating, Smart TV, shuffle board, ping pong table, arcade game, and kitchenette with mini fridge
NOTE: Please do not park in the grass
Guest Access:
• This property is fully accessible to the guests.
• Enjoy ample driveway space and access to the entire home and outdoor amenities.
• A unique entry code will be programmed for your stay.
• Electric Vehicle Charging available at an additional cost - please reach out for more details.
• Charger is a Type 2 CCS. Teslas will need an adapter (Not provided). RV Compatible.

• Age Requirement: All guests must be 18 or older, except children staying with their parents or

• No Parties: Parties and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited. Noise complaints or law enforcement calls may result in immediate termination of the stay without a refund.
• No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited.
• Pets: Up to 2 pets are welcome with a required pet fee.
• Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee starting at $60. Please message us in advance to check availability.
• Cancellations & Travel Insurance: We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for protection against unexpected cancellations, weather, natural disasters, power outages, and other unforeseen events. We’re unable to offer refunds or rescheduled stays outside Airbnb’s Extenuating Circumstances Policy.

Great location just outside Fall Creek Falls State Park. Beautiful home with nice amenities including welcome wine, soaps, waffle iron, dog treats, insta-pot, rice cooker, and Blackstone grill. The upstairs media/game room was enjoyed by kids and adults alike, especially with abundant rain during our stay. Our group of 9 spent a lot of time on the outdoor porch, even in the rain, but quickly learned shoes should be left away from the entry door or indoors as the roofline between the house and porch are not fully adjoined. Possible negative for some people might be the main floor full bathroom, which is located between 2 of the bedrooms with king size beds. This bathroom opens to the kitchen/living areas and often served as the main bathroom during the day. Also, be aware that the dishwasher automatically opens after cleaning is complete, so if the dishes are not completely dry, there may be some water on the floor.We did experience a musty-sewer gas smell but brought it to the owners attention. . And although we inquired with the host about the availability of specific cookware with a detailed list, as requested, all we received was “3 frying pans -no Dutch oven no muffin pans no loaf pans - There is 2 glass casserole kind of small.’ Turns out this was way off and we were pleasantly surprised to find much more on site.However, it would have helped to know this beforehand. We ended up purchasing many items that weren't needed. So that’s why our review wasn’t 5 star.

Our stay at Hemlock Haven was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. You can truly tell the hosts put so much thought and care into making guests feel comfortable and at home. Every detail was considered!The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable — honestly some of the best sleep we’ve had while traveling. We also appreciated the abundance of extra towels and all the little touches that made the cabin feel welcoming and stress-free.The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked with everything we needed, and the coffee bar was such a treat each morning. The beverage fridges were another thoughtful addition that made it easy to keep drinks organized and cold for our whole group.We loved the terrific assortment of games and activities available. It created such a fun, cozy atmosphere for our baby shower with out of state guests and relaxing evenings together.Hemlock Haven is the perfect blend of cozy, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped. We would absolutely stay again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in Pikeville

Great property for our large hiking group! Property management was a little strict about the basic supplies like paper towels and toilet paper with only having a fixed amount for the weekend, but besides that it was a lovely property!
