Welcome to this thoughtfully remodeled 100-Year-old bungalow house that is nestled between two of Denver's most popular parks, this Alamo Placita/Arlington Park bungalow is just steps from all the trendy 6th Ave shops, Cherry Creek, and some of Denver's best restaurants and shopping.

Working, relaxing, living. Our spaces have all the other essentials you need for your stay. The space is luxurious for 1 - 2, perfect for 4.

There is a Safeway only a walk 10 mins away. Between Cherry Creek and 6th, you have access to an Indie movie theatre, parks, salons, shopping, coffee, and many restaurants.

- 420 Friendly - but no smoking inside.



Guests have private access to the entire Basement, a private door and a shared backyard. It's a highly walkable area, parking is typically open out front, which is the most convenient.



I am happy to accommodate early arrivals and late departures if possible. If I am unable to accommodate your request due to another booking obligation, I highly recommend Lug Den Luggage Storage in Union Station (1615 California St. #608). I want to make sure you have a 5 STAR STAY. So, if there is ANYTHING you may NEED we will absolutely do our best to accommodate.



There is a $50 pet fee, now included in the reservation cost. Misbehaving pets may need to be boarded and young or untrained pets prefer to be crated when left alone. Guests will be financially responsible for any damages incurred.



Assistance with the prevention of freezing pipes may be required if exterior temperatures get dangerously low for extended periods of time in the winter, ≤ 20°F (≤ - 6°C).

Matt was a very responsive host, immediately supporting with check in issues and requests for extra toilet paper and paper towels. The location is good, parking easy, and accommodations okay. However, there were a lot of missing important touches that would make a huge difference in a successful stay. There were nice pans to cook with but could find no cutting board or cookie sheet or tin foil. Plates were plastic. There were a few oddities that made it not quite the comfy temporary home we were hoping for. The key pad worked but was hard to figure out in the dark and without assistance. If it weren’t for Matt’s friendliness and responsiveness this may have been a 3-star review, but he was above and beyond in timely reaction.
