South Beach 404 is a luxurious 3 Bedroom,3 Bathroom condominium located overlooking the ocean and boardwalk it offers indoor and outdoor pools, wifi, and linens.
One of the best upscale buildings in Ocean City with limitless beautiful views of the beach and boardwalk. You will love it the minute you step into this open floor plan, The direct, oceanfront southern end unit is bright and sunny featuring a large, oceanfront balcony that stretches from the living room to the main bedroom. The spacious, open living room area has a corner entertainment unit with a gas fireplace and television above. The wrap-around sectional sofa and two occasional chairs offers plenty of seating for everyone. The open floor plan continues into the dining area with a wet bar and beverage cooler. Enjoy using the beautiful gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances and ample tableware and utensils. Off of the kitchen is a laundry room with a full-size washer/dryer. Each bedroom includes large closets and full bathrooms with safety handrails. The main bedroom has a king bed, a private balcony door, and a large bathroom with a luxury walk-in shower. Perfect location and great layout for adult friends to stay with each bedroom having it's own bathroom. Carpet has shown wear but otherwise fully stocked and great unit.

The condo was large and beautiful and the location was perfect. Great sunrises and great sunsets over the bay. Carpet was pretty dirty as was the balcony but rest was well cared for.
