About this house rental
Take a break and unwind at this peaceful cottage by the lake! This home will truly have everything you need with 2 queen beds, a fully stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs, washer and dryer, and all the entertainment you'll need. It is located only minutes away from Downtown Vermilion and the lake. The house has been recently remodeled and is ready for families & friends to enjoy and relax!
1. Check-in is at 3 pm. You will receive check-in instructions at 9am the day of your check-in.
2. No smoking in the house. Smoking is allowed outside. Do not dispose of butts in the bushes or grass.
3. Please remove shoes in the house.
4. No parties or third-party visitors are allowed. Registered guests only.
5. Please leave used towels in the bathroom.
6. Please be respectful of the neighbors and keep noise levels to a minimum after 9pm.
7. Report any damages immediately. Any damages that exceed the deposit must be paid for by guests and will be reported to Airbnb.
