Beautifully updated 2 Bedroom 1 Bath Ranch in Sunnyside in Vermilion. Completely updated inside and out! Enjoy the huge Living Room and Master Bedroom with giant skylights in the middle of the room. Guest bedroom features full size trundle bed. This home is located close to two beaches, Showse Park beach and one just around the corner at the end of Woodside Ave. Access to major routes, marinas, restaurants, and short drive to shopping. Tritoon boat optional available to rent!

Would recommend to everyone, the home has a cozy feel to it. My bridesmaids and I got ready for my wedding there this past weekend with plenty of space to do hair and makeup.The little back patio was nice, the ladies could sit out back and talk while having breakfast. My husband and I both loved our stay here.
