Welcome to Overlook Park Place! Amazing full views of Lake Champlain and the Adirondacks await you in this beautiful spacious 5 bed 4.5 bathroom home in South Burlington, VT. This space is perfect for your family or group, with 3 different decks overlooking the large private backyard and view, offering plenty of room for everyone to unwind and relax in your own way. The fully equipped luxury kitchen, comfortable living spaces, and backyard, with gas fire pit, and sledding hill, as well as an entrance on the South Burlington bike path, make this the perfect space for your ideal Vermont getaway. The space
The open concept living area features a cozy living room with a gas fireplace and flat-screen TV, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring the local area. The fully-equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking up a delicious meal, and the dining area is perfect for enjoying it with your loved ones.
The bedrooms are all spacious and comfortable, with plenty of natural light and room for everyone to spread out. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom, and a balcony with beautiful views of the surrounding area. The 2nd bedroom is very private with queen bed, en suite bath and sitting area. The other two bedrooms on the 2nd floor, one with queen and one with full comfortable beds, share a bath just outside their doors. There is a 2nd King size bed in the basement with its own full bath and sitting area and walkout access to the pool and fire pit. The basement also houses an exercise room equipped with elliptical, stationary bike, and weights.
The outdoor space is perfect for enjoying the beautiful Vermont weather. The backyard features a large stone deck with gas fire pit surrounding the heated pool (seaasonally open June-September), as well as dining and seating areas, perfect for BBQs and outdoor meals. There is a porch off the kitchen with gas grill and seating as well as a large second porch with plenty of seating to relax, drink cocoa, and watch sledders or sunset.
The home is located close to everything while offering a private oasis for you and your guests. The Burlington bike path is accessible from the backyard giving access to symanski park with its playground, tennis courts, and basketball court just a short walk or bike down the path. The airport is just a short drive away, and the UVM is right down the street. Located between 4 major ski areas, close to 5 breweries,, while being just minutes to downtown burlington, there is something for everyone in your group to do. There is a variety of shopping and dining options in the area, and the local parks and lakes are perfect for outdoor activities.

This place was absolutely beautiful!! The hot tub and pool were the perfect spot to catch up and relax after running the Vermont City Marathon. The property manager answered all our questions quickly and made our stay great!! Can’t wait to come back again!

I recently stayed at Stephen’s property with a group of friends. We loved everything about the home. The views overlooking Lake Champlain were gorgeous. The property was so spacious. Everyone was able to comfortably have their own sleeping space and bathroom, but then come together in the large common areas to hangout. The kitchen is spectacular and has everything you could need. The location is great, a nice street and close enough to everything. Stephen was such a responsive and accomodating host. You will not be disappointed if you book this property!

What a great house!! We had our entire family stay for the weekend for our son's graduation. There was plenty of space for all our guests. The views were spectacular and the house had any amenity you could ask for. Additionally it was close in proximity to the university and to downtown Burlington.
