Excellent, recently renovated property. Owner was responsive to a question we had regard how to switch the thermostat from cool to heat. We'd like to see a grab bar added to the bathtub/shower. Kitchen was well-equipped. Enjoyed our first stay and plan to return.

A great location and updated property to stay in Burlington while visiting family. I was staying with older family (in their 70's and 80's), so my only true complaint, which is really moreso a request, is the need for a guide book (we searched everywhere and couldn't find one) on the property to help explain how to use the TV, the AC, local recommendations, the microwave (my mom stared at it for at least 2 minutes...), and the dishwasher. I'm really looking forward to seeing how the owners continue to shape this property. It is a beautiful gem and definitely recommend for a long weekend or more!

My husband and I along with my sister and brother-in-law booked a stay here for a long weekend and it was absolutely perfect! The owner, Kathryn, of this property was kind and helpful with our questions and requests. The house is adorable and has everything you need, and the fenced in yard was a perk, as we usually travel with our two dogs. We were able to make homemade dinners in the beauitful kitchen and sleep well, as the rooms had a king bed in one and a queen bed in the other. The location was really close to church street marketplace, where we enjoyed restaurants, shopping and the tree lighting! Will definitely book this property again if we get the chance!
