Chalet Edelweiss LA Dibona DE Standing

This chalet was beautiful, well equipped and very well located just a 2 min walk from lifts which go directly to both ski areas.There were some issues with communication with the owners. Vrbo were excellent at resolving our access problem promptly.

The apartment was superb! Everything you need, all in good working order and clean and tidy. The jacuzzi and sauna in the basement are a fantastic addition to help you recover after a day on the slopes. The access to the piste is literally two minutes from the front door, and allows you to get to either the Deux Alpes, or Valley Blanche sectors easily. If snow allows, you can come the whole 7.5km down from the summit to within about 100m of the apartment! We had a mixed group of adult couples and singles and there is plenty of space for everyone to relax. The terrace is beautiful in the afternoon sun! The owners are fantastic to deal with and everything was seamless from booking, all the way through to check out. We will be back!

It was great! It was wonderful! It was simply perfect! We just came home. But i am already excited for the next year. And of course we want to go back to the chalet. We were 8 Persons. The Chalet had enough space for all of us. Was it sleeping, cooking, eating, or relaxing. The rooms were beautiful, the kitchen had everything you need and more. Everything was clean and you felt really comfortable. On top of it there was a whirlpool and we had a nice garden. There were no complications and the Arlots are really nice. Not even in my best dreams did i expect such a perfect appartement. Thank you for this! Until next year!

Rented the chalet for new year's week and had good time in L2A. The location of the chalet is very nice and close to the ski lifts (50m). You can also ski down from two directions within the same 50m. Nice is also that the apartment was fully equipped with all kitchenware, which is not always the case for similar rentals. There were however some very fundamental shortcomings. There is no ski boot dryer and you are expected to leave your ski boots on a cold floor in the basement, which means that you will be skiing in wet boots for a week. Also the sauna does not correspond to proper design criteria for saunas. The stowe is underdimentioned, while the element sauna sits on a cold tiled floor. Tried to heat it up once but gave up after a while.
