Pulling up to your stay, you'll instantly take notice of the home's mature landscaping, leading you to the front door. The main living room boasts ample seating, a fireplace, and a large projector screen - perfect for movie nights! Relax here while the chef of your family practices their craft in the full kitchen. After whipping up something delicious, dine at the breakfast bar, dining table, or alfresco by the pool.
Speaking of which, a true focal point of the home awaits right out back. Here, you can dip into the turquoise waters of an enclosed private pool. Whether you're lounging near it or going for a dip, comfort, and enjoyment are guaranteed. Be sure to try it at night, too. The house was overall pretty good, definitely not the worse one we have stayed in. The projector was pretty cool but a bit tedious to turn on. We didn't use it much as we opted for the TV that was in the room as well, but it did work just fine without any issues. They have a large pool table that was a big reason we chose to stay on the property, and it was a big hit. There was only one issue with the whole stay, but the owners handled it well. As other reviews mention, some of the neighbors aren't exactly welcoming to short term rentals, but it was a good stay.

The house is very spacious and in a good area. The rooms were big and the projector tv was awesome. The home offers plenty of entertainment. However, We were a little let down with the maintenance. When we arrived the pool was dirty and had dead worms in it. That’s when we noticed the pool pump was not working. We notified the rental company and were told “The pump is on a timer”. The next day the pump was still not working. We notified them again and were told someone would come take a look at it. It wasn’t until our 3rd when someone finally came and looked at it and realized that we were right and in fact the pump was turned off, it had nothing to do with the timer… so for half of our stay we had a dirty pool…If it weren’t for the negligence of the rental company and disregarding our claims I would have given it 5 stars.

Our stay was amazing! The house was beautiful, comfortable, and had everything we need. We LOVED the pool and the projector. We will deft go back to that property again in the future if it’s available. Also, the blue angel air show was amazing!!!

Nice big home that's a Plus but when it comes to the property manager addressing the issues we had, rate a negative 5! We had an issue with a broken shower head that sprayed water everywhere but the shower, we text the property manager, but to no avail it was never fixed or replaced ( No one showed) even though we sent a text more than 3 days! As for the floors in the home, family members feet were black from walking in the main areas of the home, we also sent a text of this issue and even asked for a clean mop, the mop behind the laundry room door was not clean and black, it should have been replaced. Ice maker never worked the entire 6 days we were there. We were never able to watch a movie on the projector tv as there was no sound, very discouraging. One would think that a property value of almost $700K, property would have been well worth the stay, we were disappointed by the No Response from Vacasa! Will not be back!
