This spacious and open 2850 SF Luxury Stucco Home with HEATED Private Swimming Pool is located just off Gulf Beach Highway and Big Lagoon, in a popular subdivision, close to the beach and NAS.
The large 4 Bedroom 3 Bathroom upscale home is only about 4 miles (8 to 9 minutes) from both Perdido Key Beach and Johnson Beach, which are some of the most beautiful sandy beaches in the World, with their world famous powdery white sand.
The home is also convenient to grocery shopping, beverage stores, restaurants, fast foods, convenience stores, gas stations and the World famous Flora-Bama Lounge & Beach Bar, Oyster Bar Restaurant and Sunset Grill.
Both Big Lagoon State Park and Perdido Kids Park are less than 5 minutes away and Historic Downtown Pensacola, where many events take place year around, is only 12 miles away.
The home comfortably sleeps 10 in 4 Bedrooms that includes 2 Master Suites. There is 1 King bed in the spacious Master #1 and Queen beds in the other 3 Bedrooms. One of the other Bedrooms has a Private Bathroom and serves as Master #2. All Bedrooms have spacious Closets and Ceiling Fans as well as Smart HDTVs.
The comfortable Family Room includes a 65 inch Smart HDTV and seating to accommodate up to 7 comfortably, in 2 Leather Sofas and 1 Arm Chair with a total of 5 Recliners.
There is also a Queen Sofa Bed in the Huge Entertainment Room, which also includes a Pool Table, 70 inch Smart HDTV, DVD Player and High Power Stereo System with Bluetooth. This is a favorite area for Family gatherings and includes seating to easily accommodate a very large group in 3 Sofas and a Loveseat with 4 recliners.
The well-equipped Kitchen includes a Bar with 4 Stools and all of the amenities needed to prepare meals. In addition, the home has a Dining Room and a Breakfast Area with seating for up to 14.
The Laundry Room includes a Washer, Dryer, Iron and Ironing Board.
There is also an Office/Study with 2 Desks for those that would like a separate space to use their laptop.
Outdoors, the large covered Lanai has a Dining Table with Chairs and a Sofa/Loveseat Seating Area, next to the enclosed Private Swimming Pool and Outdoor Grill, to provide for endless summer entertaining, in this quiet neighborhood.
The large Backyard provides great outdoor space for family games and activities.
For groups that enjoy biking, there are 5 Adult bicycles in the Garage, for your use.
For those with a Baby in the group, a High Chair is provided for your convenience.
In addition, the oversized driveway provides parking for up to 4 cars.

For those that enjoy Golf, the Perdido Bay Golf Club is only 5 miles away and prides itself on being the site of the Pensacola Open for 10 years straight, as well as being nominated for the "Best New Public Golf Course" award by Golf Digest. In addition, the Lost key Golf Club is just over 4 miles away and offers a beautiful waterside course in scenic Perdido Key, that was redesigned by Arnold Palmer in the early 2000s, with perfection in mind.
Other nearby places to visit are the Naval Aviation Museum, Lighthouse Museum, Fort Barrancas and Naval Air Station (NAS), which is home to the World famous Blue Angels, and are all a few minutes away.
For those that would like to visit other beaches in the area, Orange Beach is about 14 miles away and Pensacola Beach is about 20 miles away.
Notes: From Memorial Day Week through Labor Day Week, the minimum rental period is 7 Days, Saturday to Saturday. The rest of the Year, the minimum rental period is 3 or 4 Days, depending on time of year.
From December through February, there is a 50% discount for monthly renters. Please contact Owner for questions or any exception requests, such as reservations of more than 59 days.
From November 1st to March 31st, there is a $11 per day heating fee when using the pool, to help with the electrical cost of heating the pool during this period.

The host Alex is absolutely awesome to work with. Our purpose of staying was for the Blue Angels homecoming, and when the dates got changed to the following weekend, he allowed us to change also.

This house is good for a large group of people. It has lots of places to sit and spread out. Multiple TV in entertaining areas. This was our 2nd time renting this house.

The area/ neighborhood was fantastic. The beds, kitchen and living area were great for the kids. The pool never heated even with multiple conversations with the owner. He continued to argue stating the pool was at the appropriate degree. At the persistence of my daughter, he finally agreed that something was wrong with the heating system and sent a repair technician to the house. I paid extra for a heated pool and although the kids used the pool, it never was warm. ( owner kept saying it was 84 degrees remotely, but the technician stated the remote was the issue as to why the pool wasn’t heating). Also the roof had a leak in the patio room. The stove eyes were in poor working order. I had to cook everything on high to even get it to a temperature to cook, and then the food would burn. The microwave was our saving grace. And the washer and dryer were in good working condition. The house could use some updating and a good deep cleaning and pressure washing. All in all our stay was good we were together and well. Only a few inconveniences. Can’t recommend nor will I stay again, but if you are content wya few inconveniences, the area was great to watch the NLIE ANGELS practice!’
