About this villa rental
A beautiful, bright villa with a private pool, indoor and outdoor living areas, an outdoor shower, indoor and outdoor dining areas, a barbecue, and private parking. The fiber-optic broadband (Wi-Fi) connection allows you to work both indoors and by the pool if you wish. The home features 3 different desks where you can work on your computer.
It has 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom with a bathtub and rain shower. Fully equipped kitchen and spacious living room with a flat-screen TV. Bedding and towels included. Private parking right outside the door. Washing machine and clothesline. Baby gear available.
Exquisitely decorated, it combines comfort, modernity, and good taste. The layout of the different rooms is designed to let you enjoy the outdoors at all times. The outdoor lounge area by the pool is the ideal spot to enjoy a glass of wine or read a book in a relaxed setting (a small library with books in various languages is available in the lounge). The rate includes one pool cleaning per week.

LOCALOCATION - THE ISLAND: It is located in the northern part of the island, with easy access to both the western beaches (with their distinctive volcanic formations) and the eastern beaches, where the spectacular Las Dunas Natural Park is located (endless sandy beaches from the African Sahara and turquoise blue water blend with the impressive white sand dunes).
The villa is located in a protected area surrounded by volcanoes, with direct access to beautiful hiking trails from which you can enjoy views of the neighboring islands of Lobos and Lanzarote. It also allows you to explore the peaks and craters of the volcanoes that characterize this unique ecosystem.
LOCATION - THE RESIDENTIAL AREA: The residential area is strategically located just 3 km from the center of Corralejo. Thanks to this, the villa enjoys complete tranquility while still offering easy access to shops and restaurants, both modern and traditional Majorera-style (Canarian).
The villa is a 1-minute walk from the bus and taxi stop, ensuring quick and easy access to downtown Corralejo and its beaches. Renting a car isn’t necessary, though it may be convenient.
There’s a supermarket a two-minute walk away and several restaurants and bars (Italian food, local taverns, etc.), making the area an ideal place to work and relax independently.

The villa is set in a quiet residential area a short distance from the resort of Corralejo and has a local supermarket for food shopping. Larger supermarkets are a short drive away on the edge of Corralejo and I would recommend Mercadona.We didn't meet the host Lara but she kept us informed with instructions and helpful advice on restaurants etc via Whatsapp which worked really well.The villa was absolutely spotless and well maintained. The beds were super comfy, the lounge had a large sofa with a huge TV. The kitchen was well stocked with pots pans etc but its worth noting there is no oven although there is a microwave and a BBQ outside.Outside space was good with a Rattan sofa and chairs, a couple of sun beds and a table & chairs for outside dining.The villa is located in the north of the island but I would highly recommend you take a trip down to Morro Jable in the south as it has some fantastic beaches including the stunning Cofette beach.Overall I would highly recommend this villa.

We had a fantastic stay in the villa for 4 weeks, with our family joining us for the last week. Lara was an excellent host and the communication was excellent before we arrive and during our stay, with Lara providing many great places to visit and personal choice of places to eat, which was a fantastic help as this was our first visit to the island.
The villa is in a quiet urbanisation and has everything you need for a fantastic holiday, plenty of room inside and outside the villa and was spotlessly clean on arrival. Outdoor garden furniture around the pool including sun loungers and is ideal for dining alfresco. The pool was cleaned regularly. The private parking space is a bonus, a hire car is recommended as the villa is circa 8 -10 mins from the main resort and if you want to explore the island and some of the beautiful places to visit. There is a local bus that runs frequently to the town centre.
The Villa does not have an oven, just a microwave, we knew this prior to booking, however did not think we would miss this but when your there for 4 weeks you get a bit tired of eating out ever night.
We would recommend this villa and the super host and look forward to visiting again in the near future.

Needs an update as 2016 photos reflect the property when everything was new. That being said, it was great value.
