Świetny domek :) przestronny domek z dobrze wyposażona kuchnią. Super taras z basenem. Niczego nam nie brakowało. Właściciel zapewnił ręczniki i pościel na zmianę. Super pobyt !

Overall a very nice stay. Would have given it full marks except for the reasons listed below regarding some things that didn’t go so well. What we loved about it: the house is super spacious. It has a huge patio and a lovely pool. The house is well equipped with towels, bedding, a very well stocked kitchen for cooking, excellent sized fridge, dishwasher, washing machine. They supplied baby equipment including cot and bedding, baby bath, booster seat. Mattresses were super comfy, looked brand new. The neighbourhood is perfect for families. It felt very safe, multi cultural, it had two playgrounds in walking distance, lots of young families, a supermarket on site as well as a bar/restaurant that serves food all day. It’s super accessible, just 1 min drive from the main road that takes you wherever you want to go on the island. Corralejo is about 5 mins away with a few larger supermarkets.

If you are booking this property, check with the management company that this critical issue has been resolved: the bathroom. There is a persistent strong smell of urine (drains maybe blocked), it’s honestly disgusting and if you leave the bathroom door open, the smell reaches all areas of the house. It comes and goes but when the smell is there, it’s awful. Also the shower drain is blocked so if you take a shower for longer than a minute or two, the whole bathroom floods. We went through a lot of towels during our stay as a result. Less critical but could have been better: - We stayed for 11 nights but just 2 rolls of toilet paper supplied for a family of 4. - Basics like salt weren’t provided in the kitchen - would have been helpful. - The tv remote didn’t work properly - on/off button didn’t work so we had to pull the plug out of the tv each time we wanted to turn it off. - On our last day, the code to the door stopped working before it was officially checkout time which could have resulted in our kids being locked inside. This should never happen. The management company said all we would have had to do is call them and they would have fixed the code but, as a parent, I can say this is not a reassurance- what if no one answered the phone and our kids had been stuck inside? Needs to be taken seriously - The plate in the microwave doesn’t spin. - super minor but there is a total lack of coat hooks in the house which would have been useful for hanging up coats, bags Overall we enjoyed our stay. If they could guarantee the bathroom situation would be resolved, I would definitely return. But if not, I would avoid and see if I can find a similar property in the same complex.
