Renovation Notice – Long Beach Resort, Panama City Beach, FL
Long Beach Resort will undergo planned exterior renovations from August 18, 2025, through April 2026. Project setup and material deliveries will take place August 4–18, with construction beginning August 18. This work, coordinated by the Homeowners' Association, includes balcony and exterior repairs.
During this period, guests may experience construction noise, limited access to certain areas and pools, and temporary modifications to entryways.
• The Lagoon Pool and lagoon pool hot tub will be open until November 28th.
• The pool and hot tub between Towers 1 and 2 will be closed starting August 28th and will remain closed until November 28th.
• The pool and hot tub between Towers 3 and 4 will be closed starting October 20th and will remain closed until the end of the project.
• Beach access and condo entry will remain open throughout the project. Beach chair service will be available through October 31.
• Balconies will remain open until November 10th, and then will be closed by section thereafter.
Please note that all dates are approximate and subject to change based on construction progress. Rates have been adjusted accordingly to reflect any potential inconvenience during your stay. This notice has been posted as of 7/7/2025, no refunds will be given for any renovation related inconveniences for any reservation booked after this date.

While there are endless opportunities for fun in the sun at Long Beach Resort, be sure to venture out around town to explore the area’s most famous attractions, including Ripley’s Believe It or Not!, Coconut Creek Family Fun Park, ZooWorld Zoological Park and WonderWorks Panama City Beach. You'll also want to make time to hang out at popular Pier Park for its premier shopping, dining, and entertainment venues such as an IMAX movie theater, laser tag and live music.
Long Beach Tower 3 Unit 605, a one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo for four overlooking the beach, is decorated in cheerful colors and comfortable furnishings and is perfect for a small family or a romantic getaway. This sixth-floor condo boasts floor-to-ceiling views of the Gulf.
The bedroom features a king-size bed and a flat screen TV. In the bathroom is a vanity with double sinks and a sizable tub/shower combination in the bathroom.
Relax and unwind in the living room, featuring a large flat screen TV and seating for everyone. The sofa doubles as a sleeper. You'll find the fully equipped kitchen ideal for whipping up everything from a quick snack to an elaborate seafood dinner. This was a nice condo, the appliances while a little outdated were fine but the dishwasher needs to be updated. The only wish we had was that the master bedroom had a smart TV, that was disappointing. Otherwise we enjoyed staying there! Thank you

View was wonderful. We have stayed at Long Beach Resort a couple of times and it is a safe gated (with guard) place to stay. The refrigerator needed a good cleaning.

The place we stayed in was ok. For the most part was clean however when we showered, had standing water. Balcony was dirty, had to put a towel down so that we did not track black onto the floors. Towel was disgusting when we left. The pool and surrounding area was not kept clean at all. I know it is end of season, but we still pay to be there and expect the same as "in season" guests. To owner's defense, they may have not known about the condo issues. Did let them know, hopefully they fix for the next family that stays.
