Free Beach Chair/Umbrella Service (March 1-October 31) Gorgeous first floor view! This beautiful, completely remodeled Gulf front condo is truly a coastal oasis! It is fresh with new paint, new appliances, new kitchen remodel, all new furniture and new flooring! New Shower! King Master Bedroom overlooks the Gulf of Mexico! The kitchen as been completely updated with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and new cabinets. It has an open floor plan and a spacious balcony with breathtaking views of the white sandy beaches located here on the Emerald Coast. The queen sleeper sofa makes into a bed which allows this condo to sleep 4 comfortably. The location of this condo is priceless! 2-105 is literally located right around the corner from the lagoon pool and the "Hang-Out" food and drink bar. The resort offers 3 hot tubs, fitness center, 3 resort pools, poolside bar and grill and a grilling area for you to enjoy! Free Beach Chairs: 2 beach chairs and umbrella are available in the condo for your use.

We absolutely love the lower level floor. We loved being able to walk right down the steps to the lagoon pool, and right out to the parking lot. This unit is clean and well maintained. Farah is so nice to work with, and prompt to reply if needed. We will definitely book again.

This room is situated very conveniently to the beach & pool access. It’s also near stairs. The room itself is nice also. It has a beautiful bathroom & separate shower/ toilet room. The shower was gorgeous & large. The bed was incredibly comfortable & very pretty. The balcony was very spacious. The only downfall with the balcony was a light pole outside that obstructs your nighttime ambiance of the beach. It is right in your view. The living room is basic, would have preferred a comfy lounger chair over the two accent chairs but the small loveseat was comfortable enough. Over all though, I’d pick this room again based on bedroom & bathroom comfort & convenience of location.

From the moment we walked in, we knew we had found something special. The condo was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had such a warm, inviting atmosphere, it truly felt like home away from home.
The location was perfect! Since it was the “off season” we basically had the condo complex and beach to ourselves. The condo is close to everything we wanted to do, yet peaceful enough to relax and unwind. We loved enjoying our morning coffee on the balcony and coming back after a day out to such a comfortable space. The outdoor construction was a bit loud during the day but we spent most of the days out of the condo so it was wasn’t much of a bother.
Kelly and Farah were fantastic, friendly, responsive, and made check-in a breeze. You can tell they really care about their guests’ experience.
We can’t recommend this condo enough and will definitely be coming back next time we’re in the area.
