This beautiful family-managed 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom beachfront 8th floor condo rests on 600 feet of prime sugar white sand to play on and emerald green waters to play in. Begin your first day of your beach vacation on the private balcony of your vacation condo with a cup of coffee and gorgeous views of the beach and gulf. Welcome to your beach vacation and your home away from home. Your vacation condo rental boasts incredible views from your private balcony and a spacious and fashionably decorated interior complete with all the conveniences of home.

Slide the doors open to your private balcony to feel the ocean breeze on your face as your enjoy your morning coffee or drink at sunset. A cozy couch sits near the eight-foot sliding glass doors offering simultaneous views of both the private balcony and the large entertainment center with a flat screen TV. The open kitchen is equipped with granite countertops and all utensils, plates, cookware and necessities you'll need to prepare a family meal or romantic dinner. The master bedroom is furnished with a beautiful and comfortable king size bed perfect for a good nights rest after a long day at the beach and breathtaking views of the gulf from the sliding glass doors allowing for balcony access as well!
Long Beach Resort Amenities include three pools (a 6800 sq ft lagoon pool with tropical islands and waterfalls) plus two seasonally heated polynesian pools, three hot tubs, a poolside bar & grill (seasonal), parasailing, jet ski/umbrella chair rentals on site, 24 hr security and gated access with plenty of parking. The resort's location is convenient to everything you want to do, such as golf, restaurants, amusement parks and shopping (Walmart is right across the street!). We offer a discounted $55 BEACH SERVICE rental fee for reservations between Mar 15 - Oct 31. This includes two chairs and an umbrella for your entire stay. The Beach vendor charges $45/day rental so this potentially could save you more than $200 for a week stay. Let us know if you want to take advantage of the beach service.
We provide all of the necessities to get you settled in and relaxed. Beach towels are not provided with linens. There is a grocery store close by for you to replenish and pickup any items that you may need for the remainder of your stay.

Can't have a better floor plan. The master bedroom off the extra wide balcony vs the other end of the condo was super-nice. Bed was extremely comfortable, and the water pressure amazing! We were told about building maintenance being underway, which didn't bother us except they had only one elevator working that caused some delay. Hope to come back soon.
