About this apartment rental
Located in one of the best locations in BGC, the place is a street a way from the best BGC spots! The space is interior designed with only the best and most comfortable furniture and equipment. Everything you need to have an enjoyable time is here. The unit feels insanely spacious and fits 4 comfortably. It's a corner unit so the view is great from every room. I'm a neat freak myself so you can be sure of the cleanliness of the unit! UHD TV (58 Inch) with Fast Internet and full kitchen.

This is the first time we stayed at BGC and first time in a condo. We usually stay in Makati Greenbelt area in one of the top hotels (Primea, Makati Diamond) - just to give a perspective. This facility is good overall for what it's worth. Simple and basic and serves its purpose. Nothing fancy. We didn't bother using the washer as there was no dryer. The good thing is that there are two affordable cleaners around the facility. We had a couple of issues in the bathroom but was quickly addressed (shower rod fell in one bathroom, hand held shower kept falling in the other bathroom). The service was EXCELLENT. Catherine is always accessible and easy to deal with.Regarding the location: It is walking distance to SM Aura, Market Market, and the Bonifacio High Street. The traffic though in and out of BCG is worse than I expected. It was faster to walk 10-15 minutes than to take a Grab.If staying around the BGC area, I would consider staying here again.
