We had a wonderful stay at this condo! The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and exceptionally well maintained. The stunning view was definitely a highlight and made our stay even more enjoyable.
The location is excellent, with easy access to shopping centres, restaurants, cafes, and other essential services, making it very convenient to get around and explore the area.
The condo had everything we needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay, and it was clear that great care has been taken to keep the property in excellent condition.
We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable stay. Thank you for hosting us—we would gladly stay here again! 😊
We had an issue waiting for the staff to handover the keys. The digital door had a malfunction on the day but assistance was available to resolve it. Unfortunately, the washing machine and dryer were not working properly, so we had to hang our clothes out to dry for two days. While we experienced a few maintenance issues with the washing machine, dryer, and plumbing, these did not take away from our overall positive experience. The condo was still a lovely place to stay, and we appreciated how well maintained and welcoming it felt.

Responsiveness of the owner and her staff. Clean and bright room. Green views of the Manila American Cemetery and BGC hi rises. Adequate kitchen equipments, plates, and utensils. Washing machine and dryer, though we seldom use the latter.
Wish she supplies 10L water daily for the tenants.

Close to market market, high street, and sm aura. Downstairs there’s a small shop for basic needs and McDonald. Front road was quiet compared to other roads.
Kitchen sink needs repair as it smells like sewerage.It’s coming from the covers under.
