CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT:
- Free early check-in or late check-out (if available) can be at an extra fee depending on time.
- Upon arrival, You will receive a unique security code that will allow you keyless entry into the property using our smart lock. This way you never have to worry about losing a key and everyone in your party will be able to lock and unlock the door with your smart lock code. Your code will be valid during the duration of your stay and will expire after you check out.
- You will receive simple and easy to follow check-out instructions upon your arrival.
-A rental contract will be provided with the greeter at check-in for you to sign
Before checking into the property we must collect a credit card and photo ID to verify your identity and cover any incidentals (as we do not charge a security deposit).
-Pool heat does cost extra, We will need to know in advance. The pool has to be heated the entire time, or not at all
Guest must provide both the same CC and ID at time of check in.
You are choosing to book our home using a 3rd party website and not booking direct. Airbnb does not share your info with us. When you book, you are agreeing to submit a copy of your photo ID, your email address, and credit card to us after you book. This is standard procedure for professional property managers, just like hotels. Age minimum 26, and no pets or 'service pets are allowed
+Pool can be heated at an additional cost that has to be requested before your stay and during the entire stay. Temps outside can effect the temps of the pool. Pools stay heated round 15 degrees above outside temps
- We do not charge for hot tub
Effective 1/1/2024 a $1000 incidental/ noise deposit will be held upon check in and refunded back to your bank after checkout, when home is inspected and no damages and noise violation occurred.

The property as exactly what I anticipated based on pictures etc. Home had everything you needed that you really didn’t need to leave to have fun. Lots of options for activities/games and ample space if you have 10 or more guests. Enjoyed the layout of great room but most of all the communication from Karl was amazing! Checked in on us and made us feel special! We wished we had more time as we wanted to extend our stay.
