We had 8 guys stay at this home and hosted two dinners for a number of our customers. (which we pre-cleared with the management company prior to the rental) The house is great and I would recommend it, but only if you are going to be quiet at all times. We had noise warnings start prior to 9pm. Corn Hole games were the main noise generator and caused us to get fined for too much noise. So as long as you are willing to be quiet by 9-10pm and not use the beautiful outdoors in the evening you should be good. I will likely go back with my golf friends (because we are old and quiet) but if you have a loud group this is not the place for you. Also, I missed the non-heated hot tub bullet so not having heat was very disappointing. It is a great pool and tub so we would have easily booked the heat. You need to do it 5 days in advance.

We selected this property because of the house, but also the hot tub. We elected to pay for the company to heat the hot tub. However, it never got hot. After numerous phone calls, texts and reassurances that a technician would come out, we never saw anyone and the hot tub never was hot. We did get our money back for heating the hot tub, but it was very disappointing.The biggest issue was that you are required to pay a non-refundable damage fee. Why should anyone pay for something tied to damage before the stay even occurs? I have never seen this before.
