This ocean-front beach manor is situated directly on the Gold Coast beach in Sea Pines. Guard gate access only. You will have unrestricted use of the beach via your own private path so you can ride bikes on the beach, build the greatest sandcastle ever, view sea turtle nest sites, or scope out the perfect picnic spot.
An architect’s dream, this airy, expansive home was imagined and purpose-built for this lot to function as the perfect private retreat and group gathering spot. The architect designed this 6,400 square foot, 7 bedroom stunner for the perfect combination of generous communal space for everyone to gather in and graciously-appointed private suites, each with their own en suite bathrooms, so you can get away and soak in the bird song and ocean breezes that flow through this magnificent, open-timbered house.
Step out onto your own private balcony for early morning coffee and enjoy quiet as the rest of the island wakes up. At the end of a full day, light a fire in your balcony fireplace and snuggle up to watch the moon rise over the Atlantic.
The home was updated in 2022 and features a chef’s kitchen, 3 suites with their own private balconies and outdoor fireplaces, a new outdoor kitchen and grill, and an outdoor bathroom.
This home is owned by a large family so it also includes built-in bunk beds with an adjoining play area, adding to its family-friendly appeal. This home sleeps 16 with plenty of room for dining all together. Every detail has been thought of and every amenity added to accommodate and add comfort to our guests. As in business, we feel that the best kind of customer service is the invisible kind. Meaning, it’s the kind that is constantly working in the background, proactively making improvements and mitigating issues, so that the guest never even feel the need for service. That is our goal.
To that end, the new homeowners have overhauled the home to add custom touches (Sonos sound system throughout the house, two laundry rooms with heavy duty washer-dryers for all those beach towels, Nest doorbell) and luxurious finishes throughout.
There is a delightful lawn beside the pool, which is the perfect size for a badminton net or to do a group fitness class. This home boasts endless ocean views and has a pool and spa for when you want a change of pace from the beach.
If you ever feel the need to leave your private sanctuary, there is an 18 hole golf course, South Beach, Harbor Town, and Coligny Beach Park just minutes away for adorable boutiques, hidden gem cafés, outdoor excursions, and all the magic of Hilton Head Island.
If you’re wanting to explore further, pop over the bridge to visit historic Bluffton, South Carolina, and see tour historic sites. Or bring the kids to enjoy the fantastic new playground right in Bluffton’s town square, shaded by huge Live Oaks dripping with Spanish Moss.

This is a stunning property right on the beach at Sea Pines. The furnishing choices were made well and gives you multiple places to relax. We were celebrating Thanksgiving as a family and had a relaxing, enjoyable time.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! It was the perfect location and home to accommodate our adult children and the grandparents for a special anniversary celebration long weekend! The space felt incredibly welcoming and warm from the moment we walked in the door. All of the furnishings were done with the finest detail. The bedrooms and en suite bathrooms made it extremely easy to have privacy and convenience for the daily activities! We loved the access to the beach as well as having the beach mostly to ourselves! The home is conveniently located to numerous restaurants and stores. The views are lovely from the ocean facing rooms! We also loved having the two separate living spaces for family games and fun! The upstairs screened in porch was a nice hideaway attached to the bedroom where our 17 year old slept. The home is just a beautiful space that brings the serenity of the ocean and surrounding landscape inside making for a relaxing getaway!

Home is in a great location. South Beach Lagoon Drive has by far the best stretch of beach on the island imo. My family and I Have stayed in four different homes on this particular street in Sea Pines. The home was very nice overall. We Had several issues which were somewhat resolved. The property manager was wonderful and very helpful!! I will not go into much detail but we will not be staying here next year. I am sorry to have to write this review but the owners need to pay more attention to cleanliness and upkeep. The kitchen needs updated and is quite small for the large home. Only one refrigerator which is on the smaller side. With 11 people an home of this size needs a secondary refrigerator to accommodate the large amounts of food and beverage. Our first few days were quite frustrating To say the least. Many issues! Also…This may not be important to some but having a public access walkway right along the property line was not to my liking. I rate the home 4 stars as it is quite beautiful and large but needs a little more attention to details and needs better upkeep.
