Upstairs: sauna for two people, WC, shower room, reading corner, one bedroom (one double bed, 140 x 200 cm, made up on arrival), one bedroom for two people (two single beds, 90 x 200 cm, made up on arrival).
300 m² unfenced garden with terrace and sun loungers. Parking for three cars. Located in the heart of the Suisse Normande region in a peaceful hamlet bordering a wood, this unique cottage offers unobstructed views of the bocage countryside and surrounding hills, including the remarkable Roche d'Oëtre. This restored farmhouse, built with traditional and eco-friendly materials, offers high-quality comfort. Spread over two levels, it can accommodate six people.
You'll be captivated by the themed bedrooms: the Needle and Thread Room, the Miller's Room, and the Adventure Room, among others. The Granite Trail runs alongside the house and will lead you to the Maison de la Rivière et du Paysage (River and Landscape Center), where you can enjoy a variety of outdoor activities (3 km away). Other nearby attractions include the Roche d'Oëtre mountain range (2.5 km), a treetop adventure park (2 km), canoeing, kayaking, and waterskiing (10 km), and via ferrata, paragliding, pedal boats, and zip-lining in Clécy (15 km).

The villa is of prime order fully equipped
The location is ideal for walking and enjoying nature
Location of shops and gas stations is a bit distant and requires a rented car
