A Few minutes from the main road of 192 where you find Restaurants, Supermarkets, and Stores like: Walmart Supermarket, Aldi Grocery, Bravo Supermarket, Home Depot, Big Loss, Ross Dress for Less, Winghouse of Kissimmee, Medieval Times Dinner & Tournament. The Loop is a 20 minutes drive away where can also find a choice of restaurants, stores, and a 16-screen cinema. Perfect close location if intend to visit a funfair and the weekend exhibition of Classic American Automobiles in Old Town. About 20 minutes from Universal Parks.

This Property being new is fine. The bedrooms are fine for 1 person, downstairs bedroom is pretty small. The Bathroom is in the hall next to the garage door, and kitchen, with small and walk in shower.
Kitchen is fine, the non stick pans are in severe need of replacement. Very scratch and not safe to use.
Appliance work fine, Large counter top a plus.
The two couches are not comfortable and one is spring coming through the cushion.
Pool is nice, even though its by I4 and old lake Wilson road. didn't bother much.
Internet didn't seem to work the entire week, and we never figured out if there was cable TV. If there was we couldn't get it to work.
Nothing to do with the house, the traffic in the area is terrible, allow an extra 30 - 40 min going anywhere.

The house and the location was fine. We had issues with the pool and hot tub heating that we told them was an important item for us. By the end of the stay it was working correctly. We have used vrbo for years and this was the least equipped house we have ever stayed in. Plan on buying items such as toilet paper, paper towels, and general cleaning supplies before you arrive. With so many houses in the area I don’t think we would return.
