A short distance from sailing, scuba diving, and more, this family-friendly apartment lets you experience it all. Marina Rubicon is within an easy 12-minute walk and Lanzarote Beaches is also a quick 5-minute walk away, so leave your car at the property, which offers onsite parking.

We stayed in property 105 which is 3 bedroomed. This is a great property in a great location. Everything was as it should be from the point of booking, check-in, cleanliness, presentation and communications. My only real negative observation is that the images supplied online make it very difficult to understand what the property you are trying to book will look like as they are clearly from different properties. This aside, we had a fabulous time here, pool was large and quiet, with great beaches only a medium walk / short car journey away. The sighting of the property has first class views, sufficient privacy and great access to all ameneties - totally recommend !!

Stayed in 105. WiFi brilliant, English channels on TV, spotlessly clean rooms, bedding and towel and everything we needed. No iron, but requested one and it was delivered next morning, asked for high chair, same fast efficient response. Excellent sized rooms, great living space, parking allocated. 15 minutes to walk to marina, 25 to playa dorado. Perfect, quiet spot. Local supermarket 4/5 minutes walk. Highly recommend this villa, owner response quick. Even gave us early entry at 9am. Superb stay, excellent rating.

Apartment was lovley. So big and very clean and peaceful. A few of the neighbours stayed long term and we're so nice and friendly. Victoria who arrived with the keys was also very pleasant . Yes I would recommend these apartment and hope yo return again soon.
