Re-rental of less than a full week will be refunded on a pro-rated basis. Very cute place, has all the pots and pans that are needed to cook. Nice and clean when you walk in and it is awesome that all the lines and towels were included. It is a good size. The only thing negative that I have to say, is the grill was not in good shape, so we couldn't use it.

this place was perfectly located for me. It was charming and absolutely spotless! The furniture was comfortable, the kitchen was supplied with everything we needed, including a steamer pot! I would definitely recommend this house if you need just a small place to stay while loving the island. The only thing i could say even a little on the negative side is that we had no place to store our regular groceries, all the cupboards were full of kitchen supplies, so they stayed on the countertops. But we had a great time and really liked this house.

Needs some TLC. & repairs. Wi-if was not reliable. TV’s did not work. Side storm door hinges need fixing. Nice big yard.
