Cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival will receive 100% of refund of all monies minus $ 39 Processing Fee and Any Credit Card Convenience Fees Paid. If less, then 30 days: the advanced rent is only refundable subject to the following: The property is re-rented for the same period. Re-rental of less than a full week will be refunded on a pro-rated basis. The Agent will retain a $39.00 processing charge, and any convenience fees charged. *Deposits are not refunded for ANY reason (including bad weather).

We had a comfortable stay at the Salty Sailor. The accommodations were as stated and beyond. The kitchen was fully equipped that a foodie would love! The house was at a great location and in a quiet neighborhood. The managers of the unit were wonderful and helpful. We are planning to return to this unit at another time.

The Salty Sailor was an excellent, affordable, and pet friendly rental. Nice location on ridge rd next to Mr Baldys which is a must to try if you stay here. The rooms are a bit older but maintained well. I didn’t experience any of the conditions that were listed in the other reviews here. We would certainly stay here again.

Needs some TLC. & repairs. Wi-if was not reliable. TV’s did not work. Side storm door hinges need fixing. Nice big yard.
