About this apartment rental

Ideally located in a peaceful part of the lively tourist Mediterranean town Crikvenica on the Adriatic coast.

"Apartment 1" is situated on the ground floor of a 2-unit property with a big garden only 5 minutes' stroll from the beach.

House consists of only 2 apartments, has private parking and it is only 200 meters from the sea. Lots of outside areas with a few terraces and a BBQ area, and because of the big garden, the house is isolated from the crowd and noise. We are a pet-friendly property.

Near the house, you can find supermarkets, restaurants, and bars. Town Crikvenica is only 2.5 kilometers from the house, easily accessible by car or walking next to the sea. You can enjoy a variety of sports activities, such as boat renting, water sports, tennis, or mini golf.

The location of the house is ideal for daily trips to national parks (Plitvica lakes, park Risnjak...) and beautiful towns (Rovinj, Opatija, Zagreb...).

Very kind welcome by Mirna, she even showed Us around! The appartment was clean and gives enough room for two persons. Central location for visiting Zagreb, Plivitce And Istrie All within a 2-2,5u drive. Mirna And her husband were very helpfull And kind.

Nice place, friendly owner who shows you the apartment and (if you'd like) the neighbourhood/surrounding towns. Apartment with more than enough space (we were with 2 adults), with silent airco's, complete kitchen, large terrace, easy walk to the beach, lots of restaurants and large supermarket around, large barbeque place in the back of the garden. Vedran, thanks. We had a good time!

"I have just returned from a week in this property which is ideally situated in the charming resort town of Cricvenitia. This is ideally located for exploring the area around Rijeka, the isles of Krk ,Rab and the national park areas The owners were extremely helpful and whilst living adjacent to the property were never intrusive. If visiting this part of Croatia again I would certainly consider staying here once more"

"Dear Vedran and Mirna We really enjoy our staying at your place. It was fay beyound our expectations. The appartment was as described, very confortable and clean. All appliances where functionnals and the area was great as can be, with a nice choice of free beaches with cristal clean water. The riviera was great with all types of restaurants with very affordable prices and great food. All the facilities are at 5 min drive or 20 min walk. Your service was exceeding all expectations as you or grand mother where always ready to help in any way to make us feel at home. Upon our arrival Mirna even took us in her car to show us the vicinity of Crikvenica. Vedran was always close to take care of our smallest needs and we where even invited to share a family barbecue by Mirna, Vedran and his Girlfriend Magda I strongly reccomend this house and We will probably be back next summer. Thanks again for everything "
