Ideally located in a peaceful part of the lively tourist Mediterranean town Crikvenica on the Adriatic coast.
"Apartment 1" is situated on the ground floor of a 2-unit property with a big garden only 5 minutes' stroll from the beach.
House consists of only 2 apartments, has private parking and it is only 200 meters from the sea. Lots of outside areas with a few terraces and a BBQ area, and because of the big garden, the house is isolated from the crowd and noise. We are a pet-friendly property.
Near the house, you can find supermarkets, restaurants, and bars. Town Crikvenica is only 2.5 kilometers from the house, easily accessible by car or walking next to the sea. You can enjoy a variety of sports activities, such as boat renting, water sports, tennis, or mini golf.
The location of the house is ideal for daily trips to national parks (Plitvica lakes, park Risnjak...) and beautiful towns (Rovinj, Opatija, Zagreb...).

Very kind welcome by Mirna, she even showed Us around! The appartment was clean and gives enough room for two persons. Central location for visiting Zagreb, Plivitce And Istrie All within a 2-2,5u drive. Mirna And her husband were very helpfull And kind.

Nice place, friendly owner who shows you the apartment and (if you'd like) the neighbourhood/surrounding towns. Apartment with more than enough space (we were with 2 adults), with silent airco's, complete kitchen, large terrace, easy walk to the beach, lots of restaurants and large supermarket around, large barbeque place in the back of the garden. Vedran, thanks. We had a good time!

"Great location, very nice apartment, peaceful neighbourhood, amazing breakfests and dinners on the terrace, 2-3 minutes from the beach, nearby restaurant with fine homemade beer and good food.....no words can express our satisfaction.
